Above are telling pieces of information from last season and this offseason to keep in mind for the 2017-18 season for the Shepherd Rams women's basketball team. Last season, the Rams (15-17) fell in their second game of the MEC Tournament, but will aim for a higher finish this season. This Friday and Saturday, Nov. 11 and 12, the Rams will begin their season by taking part in the CIAA MEC Conference Challenge tournament in Winston-Salem, N.C. The first home game for the Rams is on Nov. 14 in Shepherdstown, W.Va., as they will host Goldey-Beacom in a 6 p.m. matchup. (Yani Meda/Info Graphic Designer/The Picket).
