President Mary J.C. Hendrix began celebrating her tenure as Shepherd’s 16th President by openly greeting the entire body of Shepherd University. During this event, she hoped to work with students and faculty on their thoughts for improving Shepherd into a “university of excellence, opportunity and innovation.” A previous student at Shepherd University, President Hendrix aims to create a connected and powerful environment for current and perspective students.
During the meet and greet, President Hendrix presented a board to communicate her future goals for Shepherd.
To welcome the new and familiar faces, food and beverages were displayed in the room during the meet and greet.
