Volleyball Finishes Season 12-20 Overall

The Shepherd University Volleyball team took the match against Concord University in five sets (19-25, 19-25, 25-20, 25-29, 15-8) on Friday, Nov. 11.

Peyton Lindblad led the Rams with 16 kills, followed by Amanda Snowden and Jaila Bell who both had 12 kills each. Decca Kern and Bell had two aces a piece, while Christine Jackson had six blocks. Imani Major had 13 digs for Shepherd.

On Saturday, Nov. 12, the Rams traveled to UVA Wise for their last regular season match of the season. Through much fight, Shepherd fell in five sets (23-25, 25-13, 25-18, 22-25, 8-15).

Lindblad had 13 kills against Wise. Bell had nine and Jackson had seven. Seone Goode had a match-high eight blocks while Bell had 19 digs for the Rams.

The Rams end the regular season with an overall record of 12-20 and 5-11 in the Mountain East Conference.
