Theresa Lang, a senior elementary education major, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes 3 years ago.
“I got my tattoo because I wanted it to be a reminder of everything that I’ve gone through and what I will have to go through in the future. In honor of diabetes awareness month everyone should recognize what people with diabetes have to go through everyday.”
