Environmental department throws fall picnic

Environmental Studies students and faculty gather for veggie burgers and other snacks

The serving table was stocked with locally grown lettuce and watermelon, homemade cookies and hummus, and kombucha donated from local brewer, Cultured Leaf.
Herb-infused water, harvested from the garden, is served in biodegradable cups.
